Power Yoga flow is a great combination of Asana (poses) flowing in a fluid set, meditation, and Pranayama (breath work).
This flow yoga has many different levels which allows for beginners, intermediate and advance students to be challenged in the same class. Our flow class will torch calories, tone your body and relax your mind.

Cardiolates (Mon,Wed,Fri 6-7pm)
30 minutes Cardio Kickboxing training for a healthy and strong heart and to burn calories for weight loss or maintenance; 30 minutes Pilates core strengthening for abs, back, and deep stabilizing muscles which help flatten your stomach and improve back and spine health.
This intense, but easy to follow workout will stimulate your metabolism to burn more fat and create a strong, streamlined body without bulk.
